Pakistan's ISI trying to get information regarding Sukhoi-30 jammersA few days ago, an ISI agent was arrested from Nashik. This agent was arrested under the charges of stealing sensitive information related to Sukhoi-30 from the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) unit at Ojhar and supplying it to ISI. As per received reports, the ISI effort was to get its hands on to the information regarding the jammer on the Sukhoi-30 fighter jet. ISI and Pakistan air force is preparing to obtain information regarding this jammer and develop a system to counter it.

There had been a dogfight between the Indian Sukhoi-30 MKI and Pakistan’s F-16s on the next day of the Balakot airstrike. During the fight, Indian Sukhoi-30 MKI easily dodged the super-advanced Amraam missile fired by the Pakistani F-16. As a result, the Pakistani defence forces lost their sleep, and therefore ISI is desperate to steal information of the Israeli jammers on the Sukhoi-30 fighter jets.

It is claimed that Pakistan has begun this purchase to stop the Indian attacks. Discussions are reportedly going on between Pakistan and Turkey for the purchase of drone radar aircraft, Retinar PTR-X Perimeter Surveillance Radar.

Pakistan is haunted with the fear that if Pakistan carries out one more terror strike in India, there will be retaliation similar to the Balakot airstrike. Pakistan is preparing for this possible Indian strike. But Pakistan has realised that with the increasing might of the IAF, they can’t face the IAF onslaught. Therefore, Pakistan is vying to find technology to counter India with minimum investment. The attempt to steal sensitive information regarding the jammers of the Sukhoi-30 fighter jets also becomes a part of the same conspiracy.
