Beijing/Baltimore: Coronavirus has claimed 284,096 lives, so far, in the world, including 4,000 deaths reported in the last 24 hours. Whereas there was an addition of more than 80,000 new cases of Coronavirus on Sunday and more than 1.5 million patients have recovered from the disease. Cases are being reported from Wuhan city as well as other Chinese provinces, proving that all the claims made by China, regarding the pandemic, were false.

In the last 24 hours, 776 patients died in the United States. For the first time, in the last one month, the number of deaths, reported in one single day, has come below a thousand. The pandemic has claimed 80,782 lives in the United States, so far. The pandemic claimed more than 950 lives in Europe, on Sunday. In the last 24 hours, the United Kingdom reported 269 deaths, Italy 165, Spain 143 and Germany reported 70 deaths.

As per the information given by the John Hopkins University, 496 patients died in Brazil on Sunday, taking the total number of deaths in the country to 11,123. 94 deaths were reported from Russia and the number of deaths in the country has crossed 2,000. There was an addition of 11,565 new Coronavirus cases, in Russia, taking the total number of Coronavirus cases near 225,000.

While the entire world is fighting the Coronavirus pandemic, China has been hit by the second wave of Coronavirus and more than 30 new cases were found in various parts of China. On Monday, 17 new cases were reported from the City of Wuhan, which is the origin of the pandemic. More than 10 new cases have been found in the last ten days in Wuhan and Mi Feng, the spokesperson for the National Health Commission, has advised the people of Wuhan to be cautious.

Chinese media informed that 13 new cases have been reported from the north eastern city Chinese city of Shulan. 290 people who came in contact with these patients have been placed under medical observation. The administration in Shulan has imposed a lockdown in the city. But the western media are claiming that it is not lockdown, but marshal law that has been imposed in the city. 794 people have been placed under medical observation in various parts of China, along with Shulan.
