Pakistani ISI has used the Nepalese land against India many times in the past. Currently, India and Nepal are at loggerheads, over the border issues. There is Indian and Chinese military facing each other in Ladakh. Taking advantage of this, ISI is planning to infiltrate terrorists through the Nepal border and carry out saboteur activities in India. The Indian intelligence agencies have noticed that the terrorist organisation supported by ISI are frequenting the Nepal border. Tipoff regarding ISI sending five to six terrorists into Nepal, for infiltration into India also has been received by the Indian intelligence agencies.

Against this background, high-alert has been issued in all the districts of Bihar. Superintendents from all the districts have been informed through a letter. The letter explains the entire situation. Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists are preparing to infiltrate into Bihar. ISI has hatched a conspiracy to target VIIPs in India. At the same time, it has been revealed that the agencies have warned that there could be a terror attack in Bihar too, being a soft target.

Meanwhile, the India Nepal borders are open and the citizens of both the countries are allowed to travel to the other side. ISI has taken advantage of the situation, even in the past. It has also been exposed that anti-India activities are carried out in the Pakistani embassy in Nepal. As per analysts India needs to be extra careful on this front, in view of the pro-Chinese policies of the Nepal government being against India.
