The current President of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, said that the United States had declared to prepare withdrawal of Iran sanctions. But, as soon as Iran Supremo Ayatollah Khamenei’s close ally Raisi assumed the ruling rights of Iran, the United States warned the western nations. He thus, indicated that he would not negotiate over the issue of the nuclear programme at all. Moreover, the nuclear deal would be discussed if it is in the interest of Iran. Besides, Raisi also said that Iran would continue producing missiles and back the Shia groups that support Iran. Furthermore, the Western Press claimed that by declaring this, the future President of Iran, Raisi threatened the United States and European nations.

On Friday, the US State Secretary, Blinken and his French counterpart, Jean-Yves Le Drian, discussed the Iran issue. Following that, the US State Secretary sternly warned Iran. Iran is running out of time to revive the nuclear deal, State Secretary Blinken said. Moreover, he also expressed concern over the rising number of Iranian centrifuges. If Iran continues to work on centrifuges and increases Uranium enrichment, it will reach closer to its breakout time. This will increase the threat of Iran procuring the capability of developing an atom bomb. Secretary Blinken also clarified that US President Joe Biden is still inclined to sign the nuclear deal with Iran, but Iran must follow the rules of the deal.

Iran must limit its Uranium enrichment and production of centrifuges as per the nuclear deal. Besides, it should also permit surveillance to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the agency demands.  However, the new minister has clarified that Iran will not turn in to the demands of the atomic agency, the United States and the western countries and change its missile programme. Furthermore, Israel has been consistently warning the United States that signing a nuclear deal with Iran is dangerous.
