Abu Dhabi: Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar reached Seychelles, after finishing his visits to Bahrain and United Arab Emirates (UAE). Before this, during his UAE visit, Foreign Minister Jaishankar announced the decision to make the strategic ties between India and UAE more comprehensive, learning a lesson from the Coronavirus pandemic. While the India-UAE strategic relations are being strengthened, the Pakistan analysts are crying that India has stolen an important Pakistan ally.

During the discussions, it was concurred that the cooperation in the trade, investment, infrastructure facilities, energy, food security and defence sectors would be made more comprehensive. At the same time, it is also being reported that both the leaders held talks regarding important regional and international developments. While the India-UAE relations are flourishing, the relations between Pakistan and UAE are being strained. UAE is pestering Pakistan for repayment of loans, amounting to billions of dollars, given by the UAE to Pakistan. UAE has even indicated that thousands of Pakistanis, working in the UAE, will soon be sent back. The Hate India brigade of analysts, in Pakistan, are accusing that all this is happening due to the Indian influence on UAE.
