Four Maoists dead in an encounter in Sukma, Chhattisgarh

Sukma: Four Maoists have been killed in a clash between the Naxals and the security forces in Sukma district, Chhattisgarh. The ammunition of the dead Maoists has been recovered. This encounter took place in Jagargunda forest in Sukma district.

Chattisgadh The security force obtained information that the Maoists were hiding in a forest near to Phulampar village in Sukma district. Following this, the unison of District Reserve Guard (DRG), Central Reserve Force (CRPF) and Commando Battalion for Resolute Action left to arrest the Maoists. But the Maoists learned of this plan, and they soon initiated fire against the security forces.

Moreover, the security forces also responded befittingly to the attack of Maoists. This conflict went on for a long while. The security forces’ personnel found four dead Maoists. The troops also seized four 303 Rifles and explosives from the site. But, the accomplices of these Maoists successfully flee into the forests. However, the police have asserted that the search campaign against the Maoists is already initiated.
