Washington: In the last 24 hours, 1,00,000 more Coronavirus cases have emerged, while the global count has already crossed 72,00,000. Besides, 4,00,000 Covid patients have already lost their lives, whereas, in the last 24 hours, 1500 more patients have been reported dead. Against this background, the United States has published a report which says that six crore citizens have been saved from getting Coronavirus infection.
The actual number of dead Covid patients was 4,09,724; moreover, in the last 24 hours, 2,656 more people have died. The Worldometer reports the total number of coronavirus cases to be 72,45,827. This number includes more than 20 lakh patients from the United States. Following the United States, Brazil ranks second with 7,11,696 patients. Besides, in the last 24 hours, 15,654 new patients are added to the count.
In Brazil, 37,312 Covid patients in all have lost their lives, and 679 more patients were reported dead in the last 24 hours. Furthermore, in the previous 24 hours, Indonesia in Southeast Asia has seen 1,043 more patients. Moreover, this is known as the highest rise in cases until now. Also, the total number of Covid cases in Indonesia is 33,076.
Meanwhile, Britain Imperial College has published a new report about Coronavirus, which mentions that six crore people have been saved in the United States from getting infected with Coronavirus due to lockdown. The report also mentions that 5,00,000 people have been saved in the United Kingdom from getting infected due to the lockdown.
