Srinagar: On Sunday, the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) seized drugs and ammunition at the Jammu-Kashmir international border. The BSF foiled the plan of the terrorists who were trying to smuggle the material in the nation via border. Over the last month, this is the fourth incident of drugs smuggling being caught at the India-Pakistan international border.
On Saturday night, three to four terrorists broke into the Arnia sector from the other side of the border by cutting the wired fence. The BSF personnel opened fire as soon as they saw them coming in. Hence, the terrorists fled. However, as the BSF raided the region, they found 58 packets of drugs. They are known to be priced for crores of rupees. All the more, the BSF has raided the area all over, and they have now initiated a search campaign. The BSF tweeted about this incident. Moreover, they also detained two pistols and four magazines from the site.
Over the last month, the Indian Border Security Force has foiled every plot of Pakistan of drug-smuggling via the India-Pakistan international border. The recent attempt on Sunday was their fourth.
