US Vice President Pence on Jordan visit, meets Egyptian President Sisi

Amman: US vice president Mike Pence met King Abdullah of Jordan. The US vice president also visited Egypt before this. From Jordan the vice president will be visiting Israel. The Israel visit gains importance in view of the fact that the US has declared Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Vice President Pence is now on his visit to Jordan and he has met King Abdullah of Jordan. It is said that the Egyptian President Sisi and King Abdullah of Jordan are the friends of the US in the region. Both have warned President Trump of dire consequences if Jerusalem was declared as the Israeli capital. President Trump, without paying heed to their opinion, had taken the decision to move the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
