But this agreement between the two countries did not go through. The US was going to provide India with 30 Predator drones, i.e. surveillance and precision attack drones, for about three billion dollars. India is preparing to buy ten drones each for its three defence forces. But this transaction stalled for more than five years. But the obstacles in this transaction have been removed and India has to decide in this regard, the officials related to the discussion have claimed. However, the officials refused to disclose the reasons and details of the delay.

According to this, both countries had decided to cooperate on future technology. In the future, both leaders agreed on joint research and production of this technology. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said the US president believes this technological cooperation will be very important in democratic countries. At the same time, although US cooperation with India has strategic importance, this cooperation is not against China or any other country, Karine Jean-Pierre has claimed.
