US Department of Defense launches new taskforce to study UFOs

Washington – The US Department of Defense announced a new task force to study information about aliens and the Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO). A report released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence a few months ago states that a ‘task force’ is being set up. A report submitted by the Pentagon in June claimed that the possibility of aliens being behind the incidents of sightings of UFOs since 2004 could not be ruled out completely.

Pentagon, UFO, US,The US Department of Defense has been collecting information on aliens and UFOs for the past several years. However, an open confession was made in that regard. In December 2017, the US Department of Defense admitted that it had launched an investigation into the incidents of sightings of UFOs on Earth. At the time, the US Department of Defense announced that it had implemented the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP) to study UFOs between 2007 and 2012.

Last year, the Department of Defense established the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force. The new task force is an improved version of this same group. The new task force is called the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOMSG). The task force will be Pentagon, UFO, US,responsible for collecting information regarding every UFO sighting incident, analyzing and coordinating with other departments, and formulating policy against the threat posed by such incidents. Dr. Kathleen Hicks, Deputy Secretary of Defence, shared this information.

Over the last few years, some US officials and lawmakers have been consistently raising the issue of aliens and UFOs. In the years 2017 and 2018, the US media and certain groups published videos of UFOs. In 2019, the US Navy confirmed that the videos are authentic.
