Quetta: Seven Pakistani soldiers were killed in an attack, launched by the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF), on the Pakistan military. The Baloch rebels have warned that such attacks will continue till Balochistan wins its freedom. In the first six months of this year, the Baloch rebels have carried out 67 attacks on the Pakistan military. BLF claimed that 131 Pakistani soldiers have been killed in these attacks and more than 100 soldiers have been injured.
On Thursday night, BLF attacked the Pakistan military posts, at Mashkay in Balochistan. Three Pakistani soldiers were killed in this attack and one soldier was injured. Whereas, the BLF launched an attack on the patrol team of the Pakistan military. Four Pakistani soldiers were killed and two were injured.
BLF spokesman, Gwaharam Baloch warned that these attacks would continue till Balochistan wins independence. Meanwhile, the Baloch people held protests, in Germany, against the atrocities of the Pakistan military. Pakistan military orchestrated killing of a nine-year-old girl and this has infuriated the Baloch people.
