Moscow: A case of natural gas leakage from the Nord Stream pipeline built by Russia and European countries has come to light. The leak, even when the gas supply from these pipelines was shut off, added to the mystery of the incident. Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed that the leak could be sabotage.

Swedish agencies confirmed that Nord Stream 1 had leaked at two places.

Nord Stream 1 is the main gas pipeline from Russia to Europe. But the supply from this gas pipeline has been stopped for the last few weeks. Russia has taken an aggressive stance that it will start supply only if the European countries lift the sanctions.
