French President Emmanuel Macron issues strong warning over Europe'

French President Emmanuel Macron has warned that it is time to decide whether to remain independent or depend on China or the United States. The French President also warned that the conflict in Ukraine has a direct and indirect impact on Ukraine’s economic and trade structure. President Macron criticised the policies of the United States in an interview during his visit to Spain.

In the last few years, France has implemented a policy of cooperation agreements with the leading European countries at an independent level. Under this cooperation agreement was signed with the United Kingdom, Germany and now Spain. Macron, who is on a visit to Spain for the deal, took an aggressive stance on the future of Europe. At this time, he made aware that Europe faced major consequences due to the Ukraine conflict.

At the level of trade, the world is being divided between America and China, and Europe has not yet decided which one to depend on. Macron pointed out that decisions for an independent and sovereign Europe must be taken soon if France wants to avoid becoming dependent. He also clearly stated that Europe should be economically, technologically, militarily independent, and sovereign. He also advised that steps should be taken, keeping in mind this country’s history and geographical location, while expressing their opinion on the issue of Russia. The French President also criticised some of the decisions taken by the US Biden administration. Macron criticised US decisions as ending industrialisation in Europe.

Meanwhile, it has been revealed in France that the intensity of the agitation started by trade unions against Macron’s policies is increasing. More than 10 lakh citizens have taken to the streets from different cities in France. At the same time, the French media reported that the railways and other vital services were disrupted as the employees of various sectors increasingly participated in the protest. It is also said that the French security forces used tear gas against the protesters in the capital Paris and some other cities.
