Munich: Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that India would lead the fourth Industrial Revolution. The Prime Minister expressed this confidence while addressing the Indian diaspora in the German city of Munich. The Prime Minister made this announcement by citing the rapid progress made by India in various sectors over the last few years. There was a resounding response from the Indian people from Germany present for the function.

Moreover, India is the mother of democracy. Every Indian around the globe has started saying this with pride. The diverse Indian culture, food culture, dressing styles, music and tradition, strengthen the democracy in the country. During his Munich speech, the Prime Minister emphasised that India has demonstrated to the world that democracy can be very effective. At the same time, the Prime Minister read out the list of achievements of modern India. Prime Minister shared the stunning information that 40% of the digital transaction in the world are in India.

The Prime Minister expressed confidence that India would be one of the leaders of the fourth industrial revolution. India is rapidly assimilating the new technology of the 21st century. India is ready to realise its dreams. India is a witness to the technological and digital revolution and is confidently walking towards the future with mass vaccination and using drones in the agricultural sector. The Prime Minister proudly mentioned that India gave the message ‘One Sun, One World and One Grid’ to the world through International Solar Alliance.

India, which once imported simple phone instruments, has become the world’s second-largest exporter of smartphones. India implemented the vaccination scheme to contain the Coronavirus pandemic. Some people have claimed that India will take 10 to 15 years to vaccinate the entire population. But today, 90% of the Indian population has received both doses of the vaccine. The whole world is stunned by the speed of the Indian vaccination campaign. The Indian Prime Minister informed that millions of lives worldwide were saved because of the vaccines supplied by India.
