Australia’s decision to participate in Malabar 2020 exercise outrages China

Panaji/Beijing: – China is extremely disturbed with the Australian participation in the Malabar war exercises, which are the first ever joint exercises by the QUAD group of countries. The Chinese mouthpiece warned Australia, who sent its warships till the Chinese marine border to participate in the Malabar war exercises, not to join the US gang and threatened of economic repercussions of the Australian actions. But Australia has started preparations to participate even in the second phase of the Malabar exercises without paying any heed to the Chinese threats and has despatched its destroyers to the Arabian Sea. The Indian aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya and USS Nimitz, the gigantic aircraft carrier from the United States navy, will be participating in the second phase of the Malabar exercises.

Since the last few months, Australia has been launching strong attacks on the Chinese communist regime over the issues like the Coronavirus spread, interference in internal Australian matters and trade disputes. China has declared an economic war against Australia, because of the Australian accusation that the Coronavirus originated from the city of Wuhan, in China, and the Australian support to the Hong Kong pro-democracy agitation. China is also extremely agitated over with the latest Australian endeavour of sending a destroyer, from under the Chinese nose, to participate in the Malabar war exercises with India, Japan and the United States. The mouthpiece of the Chinese communist party launched an attack on Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison.

The Chinese mouthpiece threatened, ‘Australia has created a major threat for itself by joining the anti-China activities of the United States. Australia must realise that joining hands with the United States will not be beneficial for Australia. Australia will have to face dire economic consequences for this blunder.’ The Chinese mouthpiece has issued a direct warning that Australia should withdraw from the US cooperation in time. Reports are being received that two days ago, China blocked imports of Australian goods worth USD 150 billion. Therefore, the tension in the relations between the two countries has aggravated further, and there is a dense possibility of conflicts flaring up on diplomatic, trade and military level between the two countries.

This is the reason China is spewing fire over the Australia participation in the Malabar war exercises. Massive war exercises were conducted under the Malabar 2020, on the 3rd of November, with the involvement by the warships from India, Japan, the United States and Australia. The second phase of the same exercises will be held in the Arabian Sea between 17th and 20th November. It is reported that USS Nimitz, the gigantic aircraft carrier from the United States, has left for the Arabian Sea to participate in this second phase of Malabar 2020. Seventy warships in all from India, Japan, the United States and Australia will participate in the exercises, and the exercises will be held between the Arabian Sea and the Persian Gulf. The air-acrobatics of the MiG-29K from the Indian aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya and F-18 from the US aircraft carrier USS Nimitz will be the highlight of these exercises.
