China has opposed the attack launched by the United States, Britain and France on Syria. The Chinese Foreign Ministry has alleged that this action is against the rules of the United Nations. The Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying has said that this attack further complicated the Syrian problem.
The United States and its allies carried out the attacks before the investigation of the chemical attack was completed. This was completely wrong and it was necessary to conduct an impartial and detailed enquiry into the chemical attacks. Chunying further said that the attacks by the United States and its allies before receiving this information, is in violation of the United Nations’ rules and proved to be irresponsible.
Explaining Chinese positon, Chunying called on saying all the parties to have a discussion on the Syrian issue in future. Chunying informed that there is no damage to the Chinese embassy in Syria in the attack and all the Chinese nationals are safe.
