Unwanted issues for Pakistan have become a topic of discussion following the blast. The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) meeting will be held in the next few days, in which the future of Pakistan will be decided. Pakistan has been included in the Grey List by the FATF for providing financial assistance to terrorist organisations. If Pakistan has failed in fulfilling the criteria prescribed by the FATF in the last 18 months, Pakistan will be included in the blacklist. In this scenario, the blast bear Hafeez Saeed’s house has increased the woes for Pakistan.

A question is being raised in Pakistan: how can security guards be there outside the house of Hafeez Saeed, declared a terrorist on the international level and who is in jail according to the Pakistani authorities. At the same time, it is claimed that Hafeez Saeed and his son visited the injured at the hospital in Talha; the photographs of the visit have gone viral on social media. Therefore, a question is also being raised, how can a terrorist in jail visit the hospital? But the media said that the claims are fake and Hafeez is in prison.

This blast occurred in the Johar area in Lahore, on Wednesday morning, at around 10.30. The Pakistani agencies tried to reduce the intensity of the news, claiming that this was a cylinder blast. But following the claims by the locals that this was a bomb blast and not a cylinder blast, the Pakistan police were forced to confess. It is claimed that the explosion has rocked the Pakistani agencies. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan held an urgent meeting with army chief General Bajwa and ISI chief Faiz Ahmed. Details of the meeting have not been revealed. But the analysts from the Pakistani media supporting Imran Khan are claiming that a threat has been created to his life following this blast.
