US-Turkey to start joint patrolling in Syria

Al-Udeid:  The tension raging between the United States and Turkey since the last few months, over the action against the Kurdish rebels seems to be diffusing. The United States announced that the militaries of the United States and Turkey will carry out joint patrolling in northern Syria.

Joseph Wattle, the chief of the US Central Command informed that the joint patrolling of the United States and the Turkish military will start in the Manjib region of Syria. General Wattle said that this discussion had been concluded by the officials of the United States and Turkey in the month of June.

Turkey had withdrawn from the joint military campaign with the United States, as the United States had supported the Kurds in the Syrian conflict. Thereafter, Turkey had begun to increase military cooperation with Russia.
