The Taliban has not commented on the blasts being carried out over the last three days. The explosion in Jalalabad targeted terrorists linked to the Haqqani network. Over the past two weeks, the attacks have started following an extreme difference of opinion between the Mullah Baradar of the Taliban and the Haqqani network. They are being linked to an internal conflict within the Taliban. But IS-Khorasan, a militant group gaining strength in Afghanistan, has rocked the Taliban by claiming responsibility for the blasts.
